20/30 Evergreen Development is a Transit Village Overlay District and aligns with the city’s vision to create a transit oriented development around and near the brick church train station. The goal of this development model is to create an optimal environment for citizens to live, work, shop and dine. This market rate development will serve as a catalyst for the revitalization of commerce and social activity on Main Street. It fosters a sustainable, walkable development that provides active lifestyle amenities to the residents.
I was in charge of production of plan drawings at schematic level, 3d visulization and assembling request for proposal documents. One of the key moments of this project was the deployment of a public courtyard plaza. The intend was to provide security for the shoppers and visitors while promoting commerce in the area.
